Since getting back into gym I have been getting bad knee pains again which at times stop me from walking and doing day to day duties. I have skipped Gym the last 3 days due to too much pain but want to get back into it to get the most of the money being spend and to get the most out of losing the weight while the Fiances is away and I have a lot of spare time.
140.1 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 45.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
