Over the last few days I noticed a growing craving for chocolate. From the past I know that ignoring it will make it worse. Yesterday I gave in and ate a complete bar of chocolate (100g). This was possible because my lunch (Beef Curry) was low on calories, despite the fact that I recorded 500g of eaten quantity, which is probably more than I really ate. The craving for chocoltate is now gone.
118.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 38.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
