Hello Buddies!

I have been away for awhile because I find it hard to log my food especially when I home make something. I have been continuing the Keto diet and exercising at least 3-4 times a week. I find rest days extremely hard. I get bored and just wanna workout again. I hope everyone is doing great!
107.4 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

The same thing happens to me, I want to exercing every day, but I read that it is good to let the muscles rest so that they grow up, now I have Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday free but I went to walk on Wednesday and today, I need to do something haha

I exercise 5-6 days a week, working different muscles....I do a lot of cardio but when strength training I alternate upper/lower body workouts....
