Hang in there. The spirals happen. It's good to have support, someone to share what's going on with you, or watch something that inspires you. I've been watching a lot of video blogs from Susan Pierce Thompson over at Bright Line Eating because they have helped keep me out of the hole (most of the time) and I've joined a couple of FB groups for weight loss as well. The support is good. You'll snap out of it I'm certain. I've also found that making sure I have 2-3 pieces of fresh fruit everyday has boosted my mood. Fiber is our friend, my friend. :-)
