So I went over my limit yesterday. It was my mum's birthday and we went out for dinner and for some stupid reason I actually ordered Desert which I had not done at a restaurant for a long time. It tasted good but was practically a plate of sugar for the last meal of the day.... Not good but will make up for it today at the Gym
