I finally got to and passed my Goal Weight! Now I'm going to try for 160 after the hard part will be maintaining the weight so its always going to be a challenge but I take it 1 day at a time.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
