Ran 3 miles yesterday - very stressful day. Made salmon chowder for dinner and it was delicious - canned Alaskan sockeye - whole thing took about 1/2 hour and two out of three kids ate it so that's a plus! I used fat-free evaporated milk and cream corn with no salt added - the rest was veg and fat free broth so all in all it was good food choice - I admit I probably had 3 bowls by the end of the evening - and lost a pound yesterday! :) I kept going back to get just one more little taste...
