A good loss, but just back to where I was before surgery. Now I am back to fluid only fasting, every second day, I hope to see that drop further. Got my washing done and on the airers. Because of my medical condition I did the washing in our own machine in the kitchen. That way I had no stairs and no heavy lifting to do. Okay, so the lounge looks like a Chinese laundry, but it will be dry by tomorrow evening. Mrs T has another bus run to her mother’s tomorrow. I was told I cannot consider driving until I no longer need painkillers, and I think I still have a way to go there.

The more you listen to Mrs T the quicker you will heal and get back to 'normal' :)

That will be the healing water-weight going at a guess. Nice drop though - it shows you're getting better (despite your ill-considered stunts!). Irritating as the bus run may be for Mrs T, I'm sure she'd prefer you to heal properly rather than damaging yourself. Look after yourself!

That's just brilliant news today. And the fact you ate not going to up and down those 48 steps .📖
📉 Just be extra careful !

It sounds to me like you are feeling well in yourself to be getting up to such mischief as I've just been catching up on! So I'm glad to hear that. Please don't overdo it, though! Maybe the painkillers are giving you too much confidence?

Reducing my pain killers today. Took some, first thing, but haven't felt the need since.
