Not a good day again. Did not workout like I should and my food intake was bad. Need help!
78.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You aren't doing that bad! 1400 calories a day isn't terrible, and you walked for a while. Don't beat yourself up, even if the scale is being a meanie! You can do it!

Hang in there...as someone who fell off the wagon and getting back on, it is time to look forward and not back. Hop on board, there's room :-)

Just do what you can and keep moving forward. We've had a lifetime to build our current habits it takes time to change them. Keep showing up here, recording what you eat and you'll continue to make progress.
