Ok so I've been really good. Haven't been journaling but been so good. Scale says I haven't lost but took measurements this morning and I have lost 7cm on my hips, 5cm from my waist and 3cm from my thighs since I started again in Jan sooo I'm pretty happy about that! Must really just start exercising again!
