Feb 1st - 223.5. I need to see 209.5 by Feb 29th, just 4 weeks from now. This is going to be difficult, going to really have to diet and exercise.
I'm getting in more exercise due to the knee PT - been at the gym every other morning, this morning I did 30 minutes on recumbent bike. Still, not really working up a sweat, need to push myself or switch to elliptical.
Next is the diet, need to stop buying goodies - I often sabotage my attempts at dieting by impulse buying goodies. No more for Feb!
