Ok, I think I've been eating too many calories too. Supposed to be 1500 -1700 daily and I've often been going over 2000. I asked Georgie to be my buddy on here and see what she can suggest. Today will watch the carbs and try to watch the calories too.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
