1 week down!!!Followed the diet 100%. I feel good. I have been eating every three hours so i don't really need to cheat. I do have 2 allowed cheat meals a week (as per the diet),and i have enjoin them.
I think my crab. intake should be grater. I tend to feel a little sluggish, due to the fact that i have not really been meeting the recommended crab. intake. I also did not start working out yet so as soon(hopefully tomorrow)as I get my butt to the gym my crabs will have to increase. I need the energy!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
