went to gym 5 times and did a 5 mile walk on saturday! happy i lost 4 pounds! ate really well moderated my carbs and ate lots of protein rich food! want to lose another stone by my birthday which is 27th march!
112 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
