A new low after going up and down for a week. Early morning my Fiance went home so that was the cut off for my personal goal... half a KG off making. I am not too disappointed, but happy to have gotten so close. So the aim now is the lose 10.5KGs before I see her again which is Mid April. I am confident I can make it and actually looking into Gyms today and will join up very soon.
140.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
