The start of week two and I'm off to a good start. Made a healthy turkey sausage tomato sauce to have spaghetti for the next few days... so dinners will be no fuss. I just have to stock up on protein bars for snacks. This keeps me from grabbing unhealthy choices.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
