I was surprised to lose this week, considering it was a three times/steak house week! I think it was because my actual calorie count wasn't too high, since I took much of each meal home. The carbs were high, though, so I had better watch it. My nutrition is off balance for LCHF, right? Just a bagel-based company brunch to go tomorrow, then I'm back to home cooking. How do I plan for that brunch, though?
