That's okay -- the laws of physics are on our side, burn more calories than you eat -- regardless of what the scales say. Plateaus are part of the process even if it feels like nothing is happening, our bod's are adjusting to the New Normal weight. Personally, I take a perverse delight in knowing our physiologies are kicking and screaming all the way coming for all of us --
