Metabolism has really kicked since started eating something light in the morning like fruit rather than something heavy like eggs bacon or sausage.
So now, if I want eggs bacon or sausage, I will eat that during my lunch (no more than 1-2 times per week); and then for dinner I will have a large salad (with avocado, numerous salad veggies and a little raspberry walnut vinaigrette) around 6:00 pm est. and not have anything else before bed time between 11:00 pm and midnight.
During the daytime at work, I walk for 30 minutes and then take 6 flights of stairs 3 times or more per day for cardio.
Around 8-9 pm, I work out with dumbbells on shoulders, biceps, triceps, lat muscles and pectoral muscles. Then for a finishing touch for upper body, I do push ups until muscle failure. Then some crunches.
Shower and then bed....no cravings, no hunger, except in the mornings like a vampire at night, I must Feed...in my case, on fruits like oranges and apples.
On my way to my goal....I Push forward.
