Ok, at chipotle need to have no or very small Sour cream, need to check carbs of things before I eat them (holly's sweet hot pickle for 4 carbs) Ketone stick last night much lighter! Shouldn't have had the Atkins bar last night since I had already gone over. You can do this. Need to stay ate 20 total net - not more!
