Weighed in a day later than normal...but, lost another pound. Averaging 2-3 per week which is a little above average. In a year, or less, will be down to at or below weight goal.
117.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
