ok, my original weight was really about 165 or 166. thought I was going back to the 162 in AR, so I lied. (THIS IS ON OLD SCALE. CAN'T CHANGE MY WEIGHT HISTORY, EITHER, BUT BELIEVE MY ACTUAL STARTING WEIGHT WAS 175) weighed myself on Thursday & shocked to see it read 170! I've worked out fairly consistently - missed three days since the 29th, and been pretty god with food for a good week or more. I added a lot of foods on the food diary to fill in for the days I started tracking and didn't finish to try to get a more realistic average. I'll try to keep track daily to see where I'm going wrong or decide to see an endocrinologist.
