First week down on biggest loser at the CBRC! Burned 4100 calories. Went to body combat 2 time and step 1 time. Also had our LCWO.

Also went to Desiree's end of cancer treatment party. So excited for her...and also ate a hamburger and cake...worth every bite :)
78.6 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
