Well, this sucks. The scale doesn't show any progress over the last few days at all. I've worked out and stuck to my diet, and apparently the only weight that isn't going to come off without a fight is the first 5lbs... This is really obnoxious because I get easily deterred and frustrated when I don't see the scale moving. I don't feel like I need to cut back on my calories any more, and I'm pushing myself to my limits when I work out.

This just sucks. :(
