Well I sure had a great time while on vacation and I guess it shows! Well I can't say that I am surprised. Today is a new day and I am officially back on program with a vengeance!! Next goal...sexy dress ( size smaller than I am now!) for company Christmas party!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
