This is a surprisingly quick drop. I suppose that the fact that the previous day's meal was frugal might have had something to do with it. As might the course of antibiotics I started yesterday.

Hello random sir,
I don't know what your eating habits are/were but I get immediate drops by 3-5kg a week when I just stop having my weekend beers, cut off cola, sweet snacks and get that hour of even light activity (like having a 3m/5km walk) a day. Also I'm only 30 so that counts too but keep it up, that drops must be encouraging!

tots miss the booze. I think that is the hardest for me when friends/family drink.
