Deevchina's Journal, 16 Feb 10

Well, it's disappointing to see I only lost 1/2 .lb. I kept to the BFC plan and carefully counted my carbs up until the weekend. I had to go out of town for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and was unable to plan everything and do exact calculations. I did not knowingly eat sugar, and tried to avoid all hidden sugars. I know I wasn't keeping as hydrated and it was tough getting enough fiber. It's possible I went over on my carbs, but I the only bread I ate was whole wheat tortillas.

I just need to get back on track this week and hopefully next Tuesday there will be less of me to weigh. I have lost a total of 4 inches from my waist, which is good.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there - it is really hard to keep track of carbs and sugar when you are not eating at home. On the "glass half full" side - you lost 1/2 pound...that's great! :-)

Just remember...Some weight lost is better than nonething. Or worst, gain the pounds back. You still did great!

Thanks for the encouragement. It does feel good to not be gaining anymore. I was so out of control before I started Fatsecret and could see what I was eating. I just want to be thin, today. I want to be one of those people who can wear anything, looks healthy and moves easily. I'm impatient, I know. I'm seeing results so I should be happy and just stick with the program. Thank you for the encouragement.
