WTF...weight just isn't moving the right direction, in spite of keeping a 1000kcal disparity...but, clothes fit, I feel good...except I got bad news regarding my knee pain...my team's trainer said it looks like a damaged meniscus causing the pain...I'm worried about how it could affect my golf swing and my winter golf practice
