Starting again. OH and I both seriously overweight after Christmas. Have lost 9lbs in as many days but expect it will slow up now. Walking dog for exercise.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Welcome back! I wrote in my journal yesterday how sad it was that so many of my buddies have given up. A lot of people gained over the holidays, don't worry, it will come off.
