Definitely back on track!!! My official weight after this 0.9kg drop is 102.5kg!!!
I'm happy with my progress for the start of this year :) I've started offering coaching services and a client of mine has dropped below the 100kg mark today at 99.9kg weigh-in :D I'm so proud!!! I'm not just getting healthier but also helping others achieve what they thought was impossible.
