I did pretty well with food yesterday, but a jam packed day which included doing the tax, meeting with the conveyancer and meeting with the bank meant I ran from one sitting event to another. So though I'd say I did well on the consumption front, I did no exercise. I will make this change today. I have dropped a little more on the scales, but I still feel my belly like a great lead weight on front of me and to the sides. I think that tends to start to feel different around 80kg. I hope to see soon! :-)
