Must be at a plateau, have been up and down for over a month. Not cheating, sticking with the plan. Not discouraged, will be better when I can go back to the gym after knee surgery.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
