Can't believe it! Hit my goal weight and lost more!
Set another goal weight now. 45kg and at 49kg I'm already close! Can't believe a year ago I was 68kg!
Been a long journey but it's really paying off.

49 kg Lost so far: 19 kg. Still to go: 4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.5 kg a Week
