Today is going to be a great day!! A few games of Badminton followed by a swim then my hot stone massage - a treat for myself!!

Of course then the kids come home and its bedlam x x But until then its going to be a great day x x

I'm not thinking about food all the time now so I am in a good place with Atkins x x
87.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
