capricious80's Journal, 17 Jan 12

I am so sorry that I missed posting last night- it's been busy this past week and no Internet makes things interesting.
1. Pass. Sort of. Planned fail?? I had no free day for 9 days then had a free day 5 days after that. Soo that is 2 free days in 2 weeks but not 'properly' spaced. However I am now back on track for a weekend free day which is what I wanted so I'll suck up my sort of fail :)
2. This week motivation was almost completely habitual rather than its own force. With moving came a definite interrupt in my normal routine. There were many meals out until the house was set up. I did well at ordering healthy options and I really fought 'the just one bite' syndrome which I was proud of.
My plans for next week are to work on mindfulness on my free day.
3. Does hauling boxes count? If not then fail. But gosh it really was a physical few days.
4. Wow. Really not doing well so far. Nope, most of my big meals were in the evening. No time during the day and eating out for supper. Will really have to work on this this week.
5. Fail. No excuses this time. It will be a better week this week.
6. Pass. Finally. Definitely concentrated on getting my water in
