Up some, but I've gone down 3 pounds since last week. I kept forgetting to log my weight...anyway, I can FINALLY get around the house enough to start some of workouts back from pre-op. Now that makes me feel good 😊
77.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
