I am so psyched to see lbs dropping. My first mini-goal is to get under 200 - and I'm almost there! :) I'm dedicated to making this work. I need to get healthy if for nothing more than my kids - I can do this - I know I can!
92.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

hey thats great its always good to set goals one at a time and hey it does work if u r persistant....the atkins plan has been working for all , some faster then others, but works none the less..keep up the good work and the positive attitude dar and happy valentines day <3

Good job. I have 5 lbs. to go to get under that hurdle myself. I can't believe that I have gotten to the place that I will be excited to get under 200 but I will be. Good luck to you and keep up the good work.
