Well, finally decided how I can record the revolution rolls. Just have to do it by ingrediant. They are so good. This morning I am going to use them(2)for french toast. Somewhere I read that.Everything going very well. My big challenge comes at the end of the month. We cruise a lot and it'll be 10 days this time. But I know,I just don't want to start over.I've done it a gazillion times. If I start eating starchy carbs that will be a downfall.I'm weak where that is concerned. If I could have one portion and not binge that would be okay. But my mind set doesn't work that way. I can't give myself permission to do that or I am sunk.I've turned to Atkins for that reason,I know what my bode can't handle and have to deal with it.So here I am trying to suceed taking it one step at a time.I'm very hopeful but caution is the word for me.First piece of anything off program will be my downfall. And on cruises there is a lot of healthy food to choose from. Its a persons choice what they do.Yes food is around all the time but there is a lot of other things going on so one has to make the right choice.
