Still losing what seems to be referred to as water weight. Mother is still losing more. Guess that is because she drinks like a fish ;)
I can't remember the rationale for it now, other than linked with glycogen... I think it is more complex than that as I am sure my liver and muscles are always topped up for that emergency response energy release.
Interestingly, I am back to drinking water through the night again, as I used to. Doesn't bother me, I only do it when I wake, I don't feel it is why I wake. I like to drink water. I know that is linked somehow with the water weight loss....
Still, I am not complaining to see the 60s again, I just know it will soon slow down and be hard work again. So long as I don't get despondant I will be ok.
I wish I could walk, it does me good. This damn hammer toe, thanks mother - great genes, is sometimes so painful I can barely hobble round the house. I bet it will be months before I get to see a consultant. I am trying to do stretching exercises, it is pulling through my arch now too. Serves me right I suppose, I should have bothered the medics about it before it got this bad. I don't like to trouble them over little things, I know they are stretched, but leaving it really means they end up with more work sorting out a bigger problem.... silly me. sigh.
