I keep reaching a plateau of 249, then something in my brain says, it's ok, eat this or that, you deserve it, then I put a couple of pounds back on. I'm getting so annoyed with myself.
I'm sick of not folowing what's good for me. I know writing down on here helps me to focus and lose weight but why do I sabotage myself and stop for a while! AAGGHH!
I ahve a whole week off work now to get back on track and do it. If I could get down to 240 by the end of march I will be happy. Maybe I'm expecting too much.
Someone help me please.
