I need to drink more water and exercise more consistently, but I think I can attribute this loss to a combination of day to day weight fluctuations and increased metabolism due to starting to weight train. I am not doing much better with eating- especially yesterday and Friday, but I am going to try to do better today- primarily by recording all the food I eat today.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
