Finally lost the 4 lbs gained over Christmas. Now it's time to get serious again. So far, lost 28 lbs and only ~ 45 to go!
101.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
