Yeah I know this is really, really a bad weigh-in....but you see I'm from the old school and had to finish off all the bad food left in the house from the holidays, so that said, I'm back with it today. I do know eating bad stuff (sugars, cheese doodles, chips, cookies), I have been sleeping awful and having to eat two Tums at night before I can calm down the acid and I ache all over....so here I am, feeling like crap, fat overflowing my waistband and tired....so here goes.....positive that I am tired of feeling like an addict to sugar/carbs and I want more energy and new clothes so I can turn heads at Walmart and know it's not that they're looking at a tired old lady feeling very frumpy!!!! MOTIVATION!!!! Yes!!!!
