Weight didn't charge which is unexpected because I had so many treats yesterday at work. I thought for sure I gained some weight. My plan is to stay under the calorie count.
50.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
