Superbowl week-end! Why do I feel more of a need to pig out during the Superbowl than at Thanksgiving?? Yuck. I feel horrible, run down and tired and I didn't even drink any alcohol. Junk food is DEFINITELY bad juju. I think I may do a de-tox day on Friday and have only water and maybe some organic veggie broth. Wish me luck... and OMG!! I need to start exercising again. Hawaii is only a month away!! I am getting this Bowflex set back up THIS weekend. NO EXCUSES!
