Finally under 160 Cant wait till 149 haven't been under 150 in many years even when i was smoking i got down to 150 but couldnt hit 149!!!!!!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
