yesterday i ate terrible cause family was over. chick parmi, hot chips, magnum icecream. AND i didnt excercise. feeling groggy today. must change this and be healthy today.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
