I have been exercising every day and sticking with a lower (not really that low) carb diet. I am also weightlifting almost 2x/week (some times 1x). Eating a lot but have lost some weight and added muscle. I can see myself down another 10lbs maybe by Feb? We'll see.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
