Started out doing really well, stuck mostly to the low-carb plan during travel to Los Angeles but then came and blew it. I'm such a crazy emotional eater! Had the best of intentions but one argument with Mark & I blow it :( Better luck this week. Will have to behave this coming weekend in New Orleans!
