You know, I am also embarrassed to say this but that kind of attitude doesn't help, so here it goes . . . this is the first time that I have seen a "1" as the front number in as long as I can remember. I know that 198 isn't really that far from 200--but the fact is that it is a "1"! I am so excited to keep going and keep trying. Part of me, was a little sad that I didn't have the same 10lb weight loss that I was having at the beginning, but I keep reminding myself that a lot of that was water weight. Personally, I think 3lbs in a week is a pretty good number! To think that when I started this journey in September I weighed close to 240lbs is just crazy to me. I have to admit that I wasn't that great with sticking to the 1,200 calories the past week. I did great Monday through Thursday but once the weekend got here it was so much harder. I am also going to start setting little goals for myself each week relating to nutrition and to exercise. This weeks goal: eat "clean" all week and try harder to stay within the caloric intake ALL week. I started the Couch to 5K program on Saturday and picked two 5Ks that are around the same time that I finish the program. So in a normal week, I usually workout three times a week doing CrossFit at a local gym. So my fitness goal for this week is to run on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday along with my CrossFit. So with that said, I guess it is time to sign off here and get ready to run!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
